(AmericanPoliticalDaily.com)- Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, who won his re-election in Kentucky on Tuesday night, interjected on the current state of the election result counting and said that illegally-submitted ballots should not be counted. It comes as the Trump campaign team files several federal lawsuits designed to stop the counting of fraudulent ballot papers.
“Here’s how this must work in our great country: Every legal vote should be counted. Any illegally submitted ballots must now,” he said.
Here’s how this must work in our great country: Every legal vote should be counted. Any illegally-submitted ballots must not. All sides must get to observe the process. And the courts are here to apply the laws & resolve disputes.
That’s how Americans’ votes decide the result.

“All sides must get to observe the process. And the courts are here to apply the laws & resolve disputes. That’s how Americans’ votes decide the result,” he added.
On Saturday, most mainstream media outlets called the election for Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, despite the results not being official and several lawsuits already being filed by the Trump campaign that could alter the decision.
When media outlets pressed Leader McConnell on his comments, he directed reporters back to his tweet.
“I know it’s reasonable for you to ask, but I get to decide what I say,” he said. “I’ve already explained it. I’ve already explained it. It won’t make a difference how many times you ask. I’ve already given you my answer.”

How is it controversial to simply explain how the system works?
The media appears to be ignorant to the fact that Joe Biden is not yet elected president and may not even be inaugurated if court cases confirm that votes were incorrectly counted or fraudulent votes cast.
President Donald Trump made it clear on Thursday evening during a briefing in the White House briefing room, saying that, “if you count the legal votes, I easily win.”
Now it’s up to the courts to decide.
