Trump Says YES To Joe Rogan Debate, Biden Silent

(AmericanPoliticalDaily.com)- President Donald Trump on Monday agreed to take part in a debate with Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden. The proposed format would involve a four-hour debate chaired by the famous podcast host.

Time Kennedy, a special forces operator and UFC fighter, noted on Twitter that he and Rogan recently spoke during a podcast episode about the possibility of hosting a debate between the two candidates with no live audience.

“It would be four hours with no live audience. Just the two candidates, cameras, and their vision of how to move this country forward,” he said. “Who wants this?”

The Internet exploded with people excited about the possibility, and in no time, President Donald Trump responded, “I do!”

Joe Rogan is by no means a Trump supporter (at least not yet) and has publicly supported Bernie Sanders in the past. He has, however, said negative things about Joe Biden in recent interviews.

“Biden to me is like having a flashlight with a dying battery and going for a long hike in the woods,” Rogan said to journalist Matt Taibbi in November last year, adding “It is not going to work out. It’s not going to make it.”

For this reason, it seems unlikely that Biden and the Democrats are likely to accept the offer. Not to mention the fact that Biden appears incapable of doing live events or question and answer sessions without help from his teleprompter. During a Joe Rogan debate, there would be no teleprompter and Biden would be exposed for all to see, unscripted.

Some have even speculated that Biden will pull out of the official debates last minute, for these reasons. So far, however, he has committed to taking part in them.

Rogan previously hosted Democratic candidate Senator Bernie Sanders for an episode of his show, but reportedly turned down requests from other Democrat campaigns, including Pete Buttigieg, Elizabeth Warren, and even Joe Biden. At the time, Rogan said that he likes Tulsi Gabbard and Bernie Sanders, but that “everyone else can eat shit.”

And, while Rogan said that he has “never voted right wing” in his life, he has admitted that he would rather vote for Trump than Biden.

So the chances of Biden saying yes are pretty much zero, right?
